Welcome to TrendEase Tailor & Fabric Center. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to TrendEase Tailor & Fabric Center.
"You," "customer," or "user" refers to any individual or entity using our website or services.
"Services" includes tailoring, fabric sales, dry cleaning, and any other offerings provided by TrendEase Tailor & Fabric Center.
Placing Orders: Orders can be placed online, in-store, or via phone/WhatsApp.
Payment Terms: Full or partial payment may be required before order processing begins.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, and digital payment methods.
Custom-Made Clothing:
Custom-made clothing is non-refundable due to its personalized nature.
If any issues arise due to defects or errors on our part, we will work to resolve them.
Issues resulting from customer-provided incorrect measurements or a change of mind are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
If an item is damaged by us, we will either provide a new item or refund the price of the item.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must provide accurate measurements and specifications for custom orders.
Changes to Orders: Any changes to custom orders must be requested within 4 hours of placing the order.
Liability: We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer.
Delivery Services: We offer nationwide and international delivery through trusted courier services.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on location and service availability.
Liability: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Home Delivery:
Home delivery is available exclusively to customers with an annual turnover of 100,000 PKR or more.
For dry cleaning services, pick-up and drop-off are provided for orders above 10,000 PKR.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Discounts & Promotions: Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Custom Orders: Additional charges may apply for custom orders based on fabric type and design complexity.
Cancellations: Orders canceled before processing may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds for Custom-Made Products: Custom-made and altered products are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, contact us within 2 days of delivery for resolution.
Dry Cleaning Services:
Refunds for dry cleaning services are only applicable if the garment is damaged due to our negligence.
In such cases, we will either repair the damage or compensate you for the value of the garment.
Ownership: All images, designs, and content on our website are the intellectual property of TrendEase Tailor & Fabric Center.
Prohibited Use: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited.
General Liability: We are not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of our products or services.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
Data Collection: We collect and store personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Data Sharing: We do not sell or share customer data with third parties without your explicit consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jhelum, Pakistan.
